Coordinated joint WHO–UNFPA-UNICEF technical mission to assess Malawi's national health data systems, identifying practical opportunities to strengthen coordination across civil registration, vital statistics and geospatial data. A resulting white paper provided government-owned recommendations to improve institutional alignment and support more integrated, evidence-driven decision-making.
Coordinating a Global Multi-Stakeholder Convening Across 30+ Countries
Led the coordination and delivery of the Health Data Collaborative Global Partners Meeting, bringing together over 150 participants from more than 30 countries to review governance, agree strategic priorities and strengthen collaboration across the global health data community. The engagement translated multi-stakeholder dialogue into clear decisions, accountability and a shared programme of work.
